How Our No Obligation Job Posting & Talent Search Works

  • Post your position details
  • Once we receive your submission we will meet with you in person or over the phone, whatever is more convenient for you, to confirm the listing and details.
  • Once we have confirmed your details we will send the information across our network, including job boards, workforce centers, applicant database, etc. to find you qualified applicants
  • Once we start receiving applications, we will review and weed out non-qualified applicants and send you a list of candidates to your email every Wednesday and Friday for review. This list will not include personally identifiable information, only their experience, qualifications and education.
  • If any of the applications appeal to your needs we will send you the full applications for those who you select.
  • If any of the applications appeal to your needs we will contact the employee on your behalf and let them know you are interested in an interview and give your information to them and theirs to you to coordinate. Unless you would like to handle the interview process on your behalf that is.

So now you are wondering, how we are compensated? It's very straight forward, you are only charged when we send you identifiable information, onboard or vet, or you hire one of our applicants. Our employment services start at $69 per job listing and range depending on your needs and overall goals.
